Getting a custom suit fitted is something i would like to do at some point when I have the money; it's part of my transition goals actually, is to get a good men's suit that fits properly. This video was great, made me very happy.
It may not be a custom made suit but most Men's Outfitters will gladly establish a well fitting/good looking outfit, which you don't need to buy. Just ask if they can consult you and you are good to go.
weirdly enough I’m transfem and it’s also a part of my new transition wardrobe. I would love a women’s gray suit in linen, with no liner so I can wear something heavier beneath it in spring and fall. well, clay gray or a cinnamon brown.

Were you a tailor in a former life? Or work in retail selling men's suits (which usually involves having a bit of sartorial knowledge)? Because everything you described gave me serious flashbacks to my days selling high-end suits. As soon as you said "full Windsor", I was like . Ditto with describing juuuust the spot where a tie should hit. This attention to detail, in addition to your pitch-perfect ASMR voice, are what make your videos rise above the others in this market. Bravo!
Thanks Percy. My dad taught me how to tie a proper full Windsor. As for the rest, I’m just a men’s suit fan. I’d done a bit of research back in the day when buying a suit for a friend’s wedding, and it stuck. 😉

Do tailors really take your junk lean into account? o.o thats some detailed stuff right there XD
It might just be something I’ve seen in the movies or on tv, but the phrase “dress to the left” does come from high-end tailoring.
Less about adding more room and more about trying to politely ask where your junk is so they don't end up touching it while measuring.
