The logical assumption is it just varies on time of day/logistics they receive the request. As Tempest said first, he was out of town working and didn’t have drag on him. I would imagine most of these cameos are time sensitive (ie birthdays, anniversary’s, etc.) so you either specifically request it being in drag and maybe pay more for them to be in drag, OR hope they happen to have booked a gig that day and they save up the cameos to do them all at once. In any case, it definitely doesn’t make sense to do a full body and/or face/hair for a $15 cameo lol.
