Yes, you can make your own ice blocks. You would need to make them small enough to fit. Or make them standard size and cut them in half. I have a video on this channel showing how to do that. Works great.
@@ScoMoBizwe just got this machine and cannot figure out how to make the ice. The containers keep cracking and breaking in the freezer... Help please😫😫😫
Hey I am trying to to start a shaved ice business just on weekends as a side job is it worth buying the commercial swan shaved ice or should I just go with the snow cub if I am only doing two days a week? Also thanks for making these videos they are super helpful!
I would start with the Snow Cub. If it grows into something more, then you can later invest in a Swan. You can find them here: www.amazon.com/shop/mr.scomo/list/3428TBRJ7IWA9?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_aipsflist_aipsfmr.scomo_J7FRA83B6E0RYF8G87TH
My opinion is if you're only doing this on the side, either one of the machine here will work, if you're going full time with it and getting really busy and can justify the price then I'd go with a swan. It doesn't hurt to get started on one of these machines as the author of the last comment said and once you're busy enough you can go ahead and invest in nicer equipment.
With the swan machine is the ice fluffier, I’m looking to have the fluffier soft snow ice like the shave ice in Hawaii
I just bought the ice cub as a side rental business and public relations with my main business, I can't wait to try it out.
What’s a good machine for home use?
So can you make your own ice blocks? If yes how well do they work
