- NEW Family favorite right here y'all! Southwestern Meatloaf! This recipe is so good y'all, though I must admit I had my doubts... I thought for sure that I was NOT going to like this because I just love my mama's meatloaf, there are no others that can compare...😂 But y'all! This is so good! It tastes like tacos in the form of meatloaf and it's not weird! It's amazing. I know Titus didn't act all thrilled about this one like he does some others, but he was just tired, this meatloaf is supreme! 😁👏 Everybody loved it!
Southwestern Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups salsa
1 tsp salt
2 pounds ground beef
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Topping:
1/2 cup ketchup
juice of half a lime
salt, to taste
1 tsp brown sugar
chili lime rub, optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 2.5-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. (NOTE: You can make this in two loaf pans, or in a 9X13 pan. If you use a 9X13 cooking time will decrease a little since the meatloaf will not be as thick.)
In a large bowl combine the crushed chips, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, salsa, and salt. Mix in the ground beef, eggs, and cheese. Press mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
Prepare the topping:
Mix the ketchup, lime juice, salt, chili lime rub, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spread over the top of the meatloaf and continue cooking 20 more minutes. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Hi, good evening. As you know, I am 50 years old. Was a Housekeeping Supervisor. Now I am a Care Manager with the same company. Gotta say... Most of the residents ask Housekeeping and CNA's to open water bottles, jars, etc... I struggled one say and didn't have a tool to help. I remembered... HOLD THE JAR UPSIDE DOWN, and SPANK it until you her a pop. Then open. If that doesn't work and you still don't have an easy opener.... Use a heavy back butter knife and pop the lid in 3 places. Then open. Pretty cool... Just find what works for you. God Bless.
Hey yall. We got in a wreck a few days ago. A unlicensed driver hit us. We're waiting on word from insurance or IF the driver even has insurance. SO I awkwardly but sincerely ask for your prayers in this situation. It maybe a huge financial loss for us but my family of 7 are all safe, praise God!

Hey Falon at our pumpkin show in October the farmers bring in pumpkins that weigh 6 to 700 lbs. So cool to see.... Saw my dr today no cancer and a only 15 percent chance it could come back .And i trust God it wont. All praise and thanks to God. Supper looks yummy..... Thanks ror praying Gods so good blessings

I'm not real sure about a meatloaf that tastes like taco. I think that weird me out a bit. 🤣
I knew that pumpkin vine would end up going everywhere. 🤣 Don't lose hope on any new pumpkins surviving. The ones that just end up going away just means they weren't pollinated. We've lost so many of our pollinators due to pest control on the farm's fields that it has really affected the plants that need pollinators. The squash family has been hit hard. The only real fixes for it would be to become bee keepers or allow a bee keeper to keep a couple of their hives on your property. Also, you can hand pollinate. You find the female and male flowers. Gather the pollen from the male flower and transfer it to the female flower. It's a lot of trouble in my opinion and may only be worth it if you want to guarantee output.

Maybe another flavor of the coffee you’ll find enjoying more than the pumpkin. The after taste is what I’d worry about if it came in a decaf. I do not like the taste of protein shake etc out in the market that others rave about….they just don’t agree with my taste buds, 😂😂😂.

I wonder if you tried making the coffee drink with milk if it would taste better?
With regards to opening a jar that is difficult simply bang it on the counter with the lid being the main part that hits the counter, not the actual glass jar. That will release some air and help the lid pop, which will in turn loosen it for you to open easily.

Today I put about 1-1/2 lbs of sausage in my crockpot , cut into thick coins. I added -1/2 lbs of potatoes , a can of mushroom soup and a little but salt , pepper , and Cajun seasoning. Cooking for 7
