JYP really needs a better PR team. They are one of the top entertainment companies in Korea yet they can hardly get their artists to win first on music shows these days. Their album was so good but it sadly wasn't promoted well.
Marketting and PR are two main problems in JYPEnt.
zynbw Every label has issues with PR, management and marketing. WG didn't win because of the psychotic rabid fangirls of other groups, mainly BB when they won with Zutter and every other shitty song that they've been releasing for the last 3 years but to VIPS it's gold.
zynbw they chose a bad time to promote. if they promoted at the same time as sistar or sometime during the girl group battle they would have won at least once b/c most girl groups don't have good physical sales/sns points. but this was a successful comeback considering its been 3 years :) they'll do better next time!
+Damian. It's not a fact that Big Bang has bad songs or anything because music is subjective. Some people will like a song and some won't. But YG does a really good job in marketing their artists. Because of good marketing, that brings in more fans and therefore more votes. JYP really needs to step their game up when it comes to promoting their idols.
But BB song is good 😤 they're not shitty 😜 always kill charts when release, if they're shitty why their digital points always high 😁 & have big fandom is another thing in winning music shows 😊

💛 As they debut this comeback the girls feel less and less nervous to have their falsetto and vibrato shown as they recorded the track. I'm shocked they got rid of the reverb for the 80's making concept is our original time for pop singers and new genres to branch out today. These women are more than just a brand but a legacy for the love passion and respect they have for our generation. As decades go by, a new genre is born. Thank you Wonder Girls for inspiring me to go back in time and appreciate music that was authentic raw but modern for us. Tbh now that it's just them four being the Legendary idols in perception of the crowd, WE are also ruling or wanting them to win for their confidence and have the new girl groups of today LEARN SOMETHING. I love you beautiful ladies and I am definitely sure you will accomplish it all! WG FIGHTING!💛

I love Wonder Girls, Bigbang, and Super Junior. I love them since in high school that is 2008. Nobody, Sorry Sorry, Haru Haru, these are my eternal love. Sure it make me sad that these girls not won awards at broadcast music show. But just their comeback make me grateful. Someone in this video comment section said that BB and their shitty music make our girls lose. Oh god how that make me angry and sad. How is it that it is BB fault. Yeah they are Kings and Queens, but their situations are different. Eventhough both not produce albums at the same period, but BB are not foreign to entertainment industry at those time while WG is in hiatus.Of course their popularity are not same.
These 3 groups will forever be my favourite group.

This song has a nice instrumental feel but it doesn't bring out their vocals...still a good comeback but could have been more powerful
I think that the focus on the instruments IS their priority. 3 of the members spent a year and half prior to comeback learning to play their instruments. and even though Ye Eun already knew how to play the piano she also put in a lot of practice to get better. So to call this comeback "not powerful" is an understatement to the talent of WG. They're more than singers, they're artists.
Jaehee Park Plus, the album is fantastic.
if you're talking about their 'whispery' vocals, it was their intention to sound that way because of the 80s theme. regardless, if you want to listen to more powerful vocals, check out their album for songs like 'one black night'.
