If Nickelodeon ever finally pulls the plug on Spongebob, I think the final episode should end with a recreation of this sequence with Spongebob singing Living in the Sunlight, Loving in the Moonlight. As if to say, "That's our boy SpongeBob, he's right where he should be living his best life." And that's where we leave him, right in his element, having a wonderful time.

Very expressive and cute animation (I love the look of cel animation), funny dialogs and situation that aren't trying too hard to get the viewers attention. Overall it's just pouring with personality and it feels so fresh and genuine. Kid me liked later SpongeBob but adult me adores s1.
