Excellent video, short to the point, with lots of helpful information. Well done! This robot seems to do a fine job cleaning floor and not too fussy to maintain. Would be great to see the moping feature too.
@@Zoro07143 they’re disposable, so you shouldn’t if you can avoid it. The pores of the bag will clog over time, and won’t empty the robot as effectively.
The roomba cleans a little better and has better self-emptying (cleans the filter better), but the Dreame has much better navigation (gentler and easier to initially set up the space for it), and a better app. Just depends on what you’re looking for in a robot.
Thank you for the review. I have a Neato Botvac 65 which still works well but finding and replacing it with a good battery is becoming a pain. Thinking of getting a new robot vacuum instead of replacing the parts. I love Neato and was wondering how Dreametech D10 plus would compare to the Neato. Does it vacuum as well as Neato? Does it vacuum line by line instead of a random pattern? Also, have you tried Roborock q5 , if yes what are your thoughts about it? Would you suggest upgrading or just replacing the parts till my Neato dies. Thanks.
I think Dreame or Roborock make the closest equivalents to Neato (it’s too bad Neato is done). Dreame robots vacuum in straight lines and have better gentler nav than Neato ever did, but the cleaning pattern is similar. I don’t think either clean quite as well as Neato, but they’re close. Neato was and still is top-tier when it comes to carpet cleaning.
Please add video for: 1. mopping mode, 2. sweeping and mopping mode. Navigation for my robot does not work in the mopping mode, but robot works for sweeping and mopping mode. Unfortunately in this sweeping and mopping mode navigation of robot works not directly from the dock. Therefore , I did transfer my robot in the specified area on map manually and when the cleaning process completed robot did stand by in the same start point. 🎉How to resolve this issue?
Came here to see how to remove the universal wheel as that can have hair entangled in it, too. (Manual recommended screwdriver but not sure where and how press down on)
@@dans4323 I’d have to look, but I believe using a flathead screwdriver, you can pry up under the wheel where it sits in the caster. Should pop out and you can clean the axle.
Be careful! Low quality! The water tank may have a manufacturing defect that will cause the vacuum cleaner to fail. It will not be repaired under warranty, as it is a consumable. Support will not be able to help you.
Thanks! Really appreciated the section on how to clean the robot itself.

3:28 When the dust bag is full, can I empty it into the trash and use it again?

Hi Tec guy ! Great video that's a really nice robot vacuum! Right now I'm using a Bissell power trak
Thank you, appreciate the comment! Yeah it’s a great robot, can help keep daily dirt to a minimum.
What are the two better high end mopping ones you mentioned?
Nice review! Would you say this one is better than the iRobot Roomba i8+?

@@VacTech1 Thank you.
I guess, I will just replace the battery and continue using Neato (till it gives up on me) as I have carpets.
@@Vahi5511 I tried hard to keep my Neatos running as long as possible, but mine gave up eventually. Too bad, they were great robots.
where do i find the replacement dust bags
Navigation in mopping mode does not work. Let someone know why? I would appreciate any advise.
This looks so much better than my Roomba i3. The navigation and phone app absolutely stink!

the same Accessories for gen 2 ?
It works for pet hair? Thanks!
Yes it does.
I'm using a Bissell power trak compact that I got on bed bath and beyond for $89.00 online order! That robot vacuum would alot better!
Ha they’re great to have around. Robots are very useful, but it’s still good to keep a main vacuum around for occasional deep cleans.
Which is better d10s plus or d10 plus pls say me fast

@@VacTech1 Thanks. Figured it out. The screwdriver is just used for leverage. So basically brute force.
Love those doggies. What a regal boy.
Does it work good when it comes to picking up long hair?
It does, but expect to check and clean the brushroll often.
You are cleaning a vacuum cleaner robot tank with a vacuum cleaner 😂
