I’ve recently just had my 5th match back but also currently train a hungry group, some green wrestlers, some aspiring to become wrestlers. Should a front face lock always be with the left arm? That way you feed your opponent your left side? Suplexes and ddts too, should it all be with the left side?
Hey Tyson I have an idea for a finishing move in my head & would love to see a professional bring it to life in a video like this. It’s essentially a cravate crossface. It’s an arm trap Benoit style crossface with a cravate grip rather than the traditional gable grip over the nose
