He was close to 66 years old at this time and looks amazing.
Wtf--looks about 40--wow--
Such a great guy and great interview as well!
Robert is too much of a straight shooter to play the Vinnie game.
I believe Robert Fleischman knows Vinnie more than everybody else.
He not only worked with Vinnie on the VVI debut album, he also worked with Vinnie on the unreleased Guitars from hell from 1989-1991 and then Euphoria EP and Guitarmegeddon project in 1995-1997.
And Pyro Messiah in 1991, unless that was Guitars from Hell.
Fantastic singer and a gentleman..his view on vinnie is the most decent ever!!!!
What an incredibly talented dude Robert is.
Robert has a phenomenal vocal range! Wish i could hit 70% of the notes he can!
Interesting guy--connected to Vinnie Vincent and Kiss and Journey--wow deep history
Robert Fleischman is just so cool
Robert Fleischman is a Class Act!
Humble guy
Good guy - very level headed.
He slayed on that album
The issue with Vinnie and people in general was addressed by Gene. Some people thrive on self-destruction and sabotage. It is a thing. It is emotionally easier to fail and blame than to sacrifice and succeed. I am sure Vinnie and his people see a way to make $100 but they extrapulate to $1000 and are willing to sabotage the $100. Watching him play last year, he is not ready to gig. Vinnie's brain has been rewired and it looks like he could have had a stroke. He needs to get back that confidence and get rid of his handlers.
Andrew Zenn I believe Robert Fleischman knows Vinnie more than everybody else.

Is this the SAME Robert Fleischman who (very briefly!) was Journey's first lead vocalist in 1977 before they got Steve Perry? If it is, I thought he had a real Jon Elefante/Steve Walsh/Joe Lynn Turner vocal style. Not bad
Yes
I bet VV concerts “rescheduled” to Nashville never happen.
Nailed it bro!
Robert still looks great! Good (and very talented) guys do finish 1st..
He's honest about writing the book. I'll bet most autoboigraphies are just the subject be8ng interviewed extensively by a proper writer.
James Bader's stand in?
TO MANY "YOUR" PEOPLE AND MY PEOPLE. MUSICIANS FORGOT HOW TO TALK TO EACH OTHER.
Oh god, what the hell is up with the interviewer's haircut? Does he really think that looks good? Jesus Christ, poor guy, man.
“Crown of Thornz”(with a Z) was a mid 90’s New York Hardcore band, and an excellent one at that. They released a couple of really great albums, so I think someone needs to drop a dime and make a call to Danny Diablo , the original “COT” vocalist and let them know about Gene’s plans to co op their name. Would be nice to see Simmons on the losing defendants side of a copyright infringement case.
Vinnie always seems to have bad representation. His comeback is not going to happen because he and his reps lack the professionalism and integrity to get it done.
