I’ve been watching your channel since before Covid and I’ve noticed how your subscriber base has grown! Congrats on that and thank you for the videos. Always good advice from you!
4:35 Individual switch plates can be slow sellers, because the buyer has to both like the design AND have a switch with the same configuration as the cover. They are like rings in that way. That company’s SW themed metal decor can do very well, particularly the garden decor items. 12:21 Thanks for the Caboodles tip! It never occurred to me to look those up.
This was a really good video because there were several items I probably would have grabbed that turned out not to be worth much. Thanks for the lessons!
This is my first video and I loved it! You went at the perfect pace with just the right amount of talking/explaining-getting right into the content w/o a long intro. You also have a lively voice and manner. ❤
I said it before, and I’ll say it again I’m really digging these videos, Margaret! I, too, have trouble, not just grabbing things that I like, rather than looking at whether it will be profitable…
I so get it Margaret. I see a beautiful perfect teddy bear and I want one too. I have some beautiful plush in my store and I always justify I can save my favorites for my future grand babies, lol. Loved the video Margaret.
I've seen those Scentsy Buddies...and I was on a time crunch so didn't look them up. I may go back for them, as I do believe there were some Disney ones in there.
I think the charity/thrift shops that are charging too much will lose out eventually because resellers won’t buy them coz there’s no profit to be made. Others who need to shop at charity/thrift store can’t afford the high prices 😂
Prices have gotten so ridiculously high at my Goodwill and Salvation Army Thrift Stores that i am boycotting them. I'm working to list my death pile and sourcing at estate sales. Great video Margaret! Lisa
I bought each of my grandkids one of those zipper pouch thingies at a Staples that was closing. They are really fun because the entire thing unzips for kicks and giggles. I think I paid a dollar each for them.
13:14 OMG, $7.49 for a mug?! I have been complaining about increased prices at my local thrift stores, but I have never seen a mug for more than $3 and the color-of-the-week items are 75% off.
Yesterday I got a really nice cup anthropology for a dollar and I was so happy about it because they’re worth like $15-$20 but I’m gonna keep it for myself because I love it it has the letter of my first name
You take all of the fun out of thrifting-LOL. We have to act like businesspeople and actually find out if the item is worth anything and whether it has a good sell through rate. Great teaching.
I found a very colorful United Colors of Bennetton T shirt. I've got it listed for about $15, very 80's vibes. What time/day would you recommend thrifting?
Thank you for the information on the Disney items. How can you tell the difference between licensed Disney charm bracelets and unlicensed Disney charm bracelets? Does a possible threat of being sued apply to jewelry resellers?
Wow seven dollars for a coffee mug that is crazy at the Goodwill here in California the coffee mugs were $.99 and just went up to $1.25 but if there’s like a really special one they do put the price to four dollars which is still not bad compared to seven but I’m so glad that I have gotten a lot of mugs the only thing is that they’re stored up and I haven’t made the time to post them so thank you so much for your video it helps me a lot when I go through 15 I think like you well this person might need extra pieces or they might be missing this or that sell you just never know God bless you have a great evening
Answered my own question, I see you offer 30-day returns, is that better as a seller or does it attract more scammers? I've been undecided. I see one person left you neutral feedback when they could have simply filed a claim with the post office. After it leaves your hands and is put in the care of the post office, it's out of your control. I wish buyers would understand this. Couldn't you fight that and get back your 100% status?
I buy really cute mugs and turn them into pin cushions. I will be selling them at a craft fair in March.
I've been looking for those little coke glasses. But I only need one for my 80 year old mom. They were sold at the Dollar Tree a while back. TFS

Thank you so much!
Thank you for taking me along shopping with you💐 The price of mugs is outrageous.🍵
Yes they are!
I really appreciate your showing what not to buy!
You are so welcome!

Yay! Thank you!
At our Goodwill here in Indiana, mugs are still .69 thank goodness.
I just picked up a nightmare before Christmas operation NIB a few days ago. Looks like I need to get that listed! Thanks for the reminder. 🥰
It’s pronounced LIE-ca. Very high end cameras and lenses.

Especially when the items are DONATED / free!

Great video Margaret!

These people who resell are half the problem.

I agree! At my Goodwill, all mugs are $1.00. For now.
My daughter is Nita....cute wallet❤

Cups in my area of Florida sell from .49 to .99. Texas is too high on some items
Oh wow!
Thank you for the thrifting tutorial
No problem 😊
I was screaming when you didn't pick up the littlest pet shop board game.
how many sales do you often get per month? and what's some best selling items to buy and resell? nice video!
Thank you for the information on the Disney items.
How can you tell the difference between licensed Disney charm bracelets and unlicensed Disney charm bracelets?
Does a possible threat of being sued apply to jewelry resellers?
What are some sites for getting value for items

Leica is pronounced like this: Like-a. It is one of the most expensive camera brands.
Thankyou
Welcome
Girl you passed up that NIB Doorables set. Check them out.
Loved the video! What do you use to film your videos? I looked in the description but did not find that information.
GoPro
Great videos. How do you look up what actually sold on eBay
I filter by sold
Hey I think you are at my go to goodwill. 🤪
No way!
What was the $475 profit?? Did I miss something??
Right!! What item is the $475 profit???
Hi, did I miss what sold for the $475.00 profit?? I would love to have that much profit..

Yes, but not worth my time.
After seeing where your money goes on these charity shops I would part with a penny.
Leica = "like-a"
Watching your old mug life video’s on shipping mugs. Cost of mailing padded priority priority is now 10.50. Do you charge that now?
