Thanks! Definitely more planned, want to do some sendier BadgerSense tests as I get more comfortable, and I'm trying to get video from all the different trips I'm doing this year to events and just to ride. I'll be going out to Bentonville with a crew in two weeks to take our new GT's out on some of the best trails in the country 👀
My XR tumbled down and fell in the river on Friday. I jumped in and had it out of the water in less than 2 seconds. I have a Bluetooth speaker that’s not waterproof mounted to rear footpad and it continued to play so I wasn’t too worried but still dried it off fast I could. I got lucky
@@thehumblesavage2898 I'm just a tiny dude at 5'2" and don't exactly have gains lmao, but it's impressive as hell to push it like that as a heavier guy dude! It's sketchy af to ride the board's limits, but it's strangely addicting lol
Just a screen recording! Recorded my screen and used an app (Android) to disable touch input to avoid accidentally moving away from it or anything like that. Synced it up with the video, cropped it, and chroma keyed the background out, but I still put a transparent but darker background behind it for visibility
Yup! Robert (BadgerWheel) has been running it at last year's races. So far there hasn't been anything absolutely broken enough to warrant a ban, community run races are pretty much as long as it's a Onewheel, it's good 👌 The only thing I see changing that is VESC Onewheels as those get more and more refined and viable on trails. Those might start to warrant their own class in the future if they grow in popularity and capabilities. Races ran by Future Motion like ORL / Race for the Rail are definite no-go's but so is everything else, they just provide stock race boards for you for those.
I mentioned a bunch of info at the start of the video, but I'm a light ass dude! 😂 I'm only 105lbs haha, although I am running a Trail Pro which is a pretty heavy tire and at 12.5 PSI which hurts performance a tad as well. That said, I am very aware I have a bit more leeway with pushing this thing, but that's the beauty of BadgerSense. It's not based around a set speed like pushback is, it's actually based on the load put on the motor, so you can get an accurate idea of how much you're pushing the board.
@@nicoaleman 12 psi is actually not low at all compared to your weight. Super great video. I am 195 and have found that 23.1 is my limit pretty much no matter what. I plan on purchasing both upgrades now.
@@carsonjuhl3914 Get it! You won't regret it, it's super eye opening and just nice to have. And totally fair haha, I actually normally run even lower pressure off road, as low as 7 PSI 😂
I my XR up to 29.8 going down hill before my board just shut off on me. All I gotta say is never again. Since then I have kept my speed max at 22ot23. I won't go faster than that. There is no point. I'm a skinny guy and I don't weigh much so getting the XR up to that speed is easier for you or me more so than for others that weigh more than us.
This is my favorite minecraft playthrough. (I really want this though)
Speedruns so fast they call me Dream 😎
Great video! Keep ‘em comin!!

Getting it bro!!! Keep up the good work!
@1:59 that’s the most American pedestrian infrastructure I’ve ever seen. Yeah just build them a tiny tunnel like they’re a beaver.
Yo dude love the vid. Can’t wait for you to try the GT you’ll crush it
Appreciate it bro! Getting my first taste of GT from a buddy today, looking forward to it 👀
Now this is epic
So sick!
Awesome!
Kinda wish this was an integrated lightbar feature for GT.
From what I've heard, BadgerSense GT is coming real soon 👀
105lbs 🤯🤯🤯
The secret weapon 😈
@@nicoaleman makes me feel good that I’m 208 and can hit 20mph lol. I can’t remember that last time I was under 140. Even as a kid I was always big.

You ever come to ride in Columbus?
Haven't in a long time, need to visit again sometime this summer! I'm over by Cincy
Cool video! How do you record that OneWheel speedometer in the bottom right of your videos?

do they allow using these for race events you think?

how do you get the realtime speed in the video?
Just screen recorded the app and overlaid it in Premiere 👌

That’s pretty fast on flat trails
Ohio is very very flat 😂 Now I just need to find a solid downhill stretch to see what this thing can do 👀
