Way to go super girl 😊. It’s hard to reach 30. I installed seven speed and a new chain ring so I can hit 32 when I’m paddling hard. Using throttle only I can hit 31.

Haha thank you! Ohhh thank you for the tips! I will do the same then, I’ll take 2 more mph! Haha. 31 on throttle alone is really good! It’s been an awhile! Thanks so much for chiming in ❤

I had the off-road controller basically day one when I got my rr. It would hit 30 and I’m 180. I started building custom Ebikes and now the rr has a 2000 watt motor and 80 amp programmable controller that’s turned down and I hit 45 with it. It’s a beast 0-20 in 2.6 seconds and 0-40 in 8 seconds. I love how small this bike is. Instead of front forks I put a suspension handlebar stem along with the seat post and it made a Hugh difference. Have fun riding your rr they are a blast!!!

Hi,my name is Steve. Do you have a video on your modifications? I am interested in modifying my Rip Racer but I can't find any good videos.Thanks.

Thank you for telling me how fast you could go with the off road controller. That is insane lol! I’ve never heard of such a powerful modified RR! That programmable controller sounds amazing! I can’t imagine going 45 mph on this bike Holly cow! And those accelerations are mind numbing! 100% agree in that by adding any kind of suspension to this suspension less bike makes a huge difference! You too have fun riding it! Thanks so much for chiming in and welcome to the channel ❤

Ok I'm going to let you know the secret on how other people are getting their e-bike's to go a little faster 😊. More maximum continuous battery discharge and a controller with a current rate that doesn't exceed the battery's max cont discharge. Basically a bigger battery and a bigger controller. The motors can handle around 15v over their ratings. So if you had a 36v 350w motor you can upgrade safely to a 48v battery with a 20a max. cont. discharge and a 12 to 15a controller and a display that is compatible with the controller and supports the 48v. But make sure your brakes get upgraded too. Actually after doing all the upgrades you will realize something. You could have just bought a bigger faster bike instead! jajajajaja. True story 😂 take care. Have fun!

Oh my gosh thanks so much for the tip! I will check it out! I tried to be patient with the stock seat in hopes it would break in and nothing- pretty hard! Need a comfy seat for longer rides especially. How many miles do you have on your RR? Thanks so much- I’ll keep pushing the envelope! ❤

I ride a rip racer and the torque is definitely my favorite feature! Riding around town you most likely will hit a stop sign or stop light before reaching top speed anyways so 0-20 is my most common speeds. 6 seconds is plenty to get off the line and be on your way haha ⚡️⚡️🚴‍♂️

Glad you got the controller figured out! Wow that 0-20 is just a second off from the wired! You are 50lb lighter then what I have seen on the wired times but still is Amazing! Lifting the front end up with the suspension gives it a cool look I think. And also might be why the front tire lifts up easier too? Look forward to see what else you do to it. Very powerful sharp looking bike! Maybe when done with making this one all fancy you could do it with the Scorpio! That would be fun to watch too.
That bike trail there looks so cool to ride on! Hopefully someone can clean up the trees. I wish I had a trail like that.

Hey Rabbit! So happy to hear that this video was entertaining and informative! That’s a good point about the front tire lifting easier due to my lighter weight! I love your idea about finishing up with this RR and then moving unto the Scorpio! I’m lucky to have this trail by my house!

I was lucky that a got my first ride (26 miles) of April in on Monday. It was sunny and +10c, today snow storm and -1c. I get 24/25 mph with the stock controller and I’m happy with that. I don’t think people release how short the wheelbase is on the RR at 40.3 inches. You are so right about no ghost pedalling thanks to that front chain ring. What wheel size do you have set in/on your display? Juiced told me 1850 was the correct setting. Even with the stock controller the RR is torquey and very quick to 20 mph. Great for trail riding. I already have the suspension seat post and am looking at changing the front forks later this year. Just too busy with moving right now. Your voice is always a give away on how much fun you are having and the Rip Racer is one fun little bike. Happy Riding.

That’s such a nice long ride at 26 miles with good weather! How much do you weight Bob? I would get 28 mph on PAS with the stock controller. It’s true on pics you can’t tell how short the wheelbase is. That’s a great question! I don’t know what wheel size I have set on my display! I don’t think I have ever changed that since I got my bike! Thanks for your information! I’ll get in there and see. It is indeed great for trail riding! Ohhh where are you moving to? That’s a ton of work. I’m excited for you getting those upgrades later this year! And yes my voice is a dead giveaway lol. Happy Riding!

@@electrifiedlatina6871 Winter is tough on me 168 lbs right now, after a month of riding I’ll be 160lbs. Honestly I may be able to get more out of the bike but conditions have limited it to 24/25 for now. I only got the bike in Dec and our winters don’t make for great high speed riding. We still get snow storms in May. Spring takes its time showing up here. Looking forward to riding with the Buffalo again. I’m moving out of the city and I’m going to miss the incredible trail system Edmonton has. I’ll be out in the country on 17 acres with my closest neighbour about 3 miles away. It’s been 20 years since I’ve lived out in the barrens and am looking forward to it again. Although the riding won’t be as good as it was in the city as crazy as that sounds. Happy Riding. 🦬

  • @robotbroken

I’m glad those software settings solved your controller disappointment! I think that 29-30 mph is plenty fast for that short wheelbase bike. I feel that the extra torque that you received is the real benefit gained. I am happy that you brought your handlebars back ( that used to drive me nuts : ) I still think that the nose of the saddle is too low to be comfortable, but I guess that it isn’t my butt that has to sit on it, so why should I care?
You praised Jhon for keeping up on the high speed runs, but we don’t know what he’s on. The Accolmile Cola Bear? If so it deserves some hype of it’s own!

    • @electrifiedlatina6871
      @electrifiedlatina6871  7 місяців тому +2

You are right Robot! 29-30 mph is plenty fast on this little bike- it rips! And it’s also a lot better than the 26 mph I was getting before the changing the software settings! And yes huge benefit is the extra torque love it! I do remember those handlebars used to drive you crazy lol! They do feel a lot better! The seat is NOT a comfortable seat- it’s too hard. As far as the position I can play with it a little bit.
Jhon was on the Meelod DK300 Plus- on a full charge it can hit 32 mph!
