The water level is fool proof, you should use this method as often as possible. Why do people that don't understand the difference between tenths and inches get paid more than smart people?
Or you could stare directly into the light and go blind, no worries, you think inches and tenths are the same. Wow, union standards are at an all time low. I remember when being in a union meant something. Not anymore....
