I think she'll be back aswell Mostly because I think that removing character's data is just too ruthless and cruel, if they plan on getting rid of her forever. They should at least let us view her data or something. It wouldn't too much of a demand to let us atleast hear her lines again for one last time. She already was the greatest character of all time for me… Literally her character writing, personality, design and her roles. Everything. It was beyond perfect. NO ONE else made me love Musashi more than any other character and it was just with Shimosa alone. With this… In LB5.2… Olympus… I was left utterly speechless. The build up combined with all foreshadowings she did since LB1 and Summer 4, led to this. The OST; animation, CGs. If Musashi surpassed the void and went beyond Zero, something that cannot be described with words then the same goes for how fucking goated she is, it’s literally impossible to express with words how absolutely and utterly perfect her character is. From the beginning a staple of Fate has been a Saber that profoundly changes a Master’s life and then leaves-Musashi was that Saber for Guda. You will always be my Grand Saber 😢
Musashi is my favorite servant in all of Fate and this moment had me cheering and crying simultaneously. Such an amazing moment in an already peak fiction Lostbelt. I adore this track and the fact the motif originated from Summer Vegas (unless it was also used in Shimousa and I’m just forgetting it) is just amazing to me. Edit: upon going back to the Shimousa OST I now realize it did come from there. It was the boss battle theme with each of the Seven Swordmasters.
I truly hope she won't . I love her as a character, but almost every death in the game is meaningless because either they die in a singularity and the actual heroic spirit isn't affected, or the character gets brought back somehow. This was an epic way to go out after a long build up of character focus for her, and I hope they will leave her character to rest and end with this instead of betraying all those emotions and bringing her back. Her role is over, her arc is done, her job is fullfilled, she found her answer. Let her rest

Honestly if she comes back the only reason should be because we somehow got sent to a place of nothingness. Which i could see happening since we can't detect the foreign god's observer on any instruments. If our enemy doesn't exist they likely come from a place that doesn't exist, and since musashi no longer exists she can be in that place to bail us out when we need it.

Dammit... it didnt even take five seconds for this to bring the tears back to my eyes. Truly, Musashi is one of the greatest greatest characters of all time, and this one of the most amazing moments in all of gaming.
It breaks my heart that there are people (on FGO reddit) who would brutally hate her and be happy about her death (in the story). I myself am always neutral about her. But after Olympus, oh man. It always happens to me; I didn't realize how much I love her until her final moment. This moment was the moment Guda and my feelings are in sync the most. Edit: I will roll for you, Musashi!
Tbf. She was kinda intolerable in shimousa. The story tries too hard to get the players to like her that they gave her way too many positive traits and way too little flaws. They should have just presented a more organic character with both distinct flaws and strengths and let the character grow on the players naturally instead of forcing her down the player’s throats.
I was originally saving for Maou Nobu but when I saw her banner I remembered what she was able to do in Olympus and to honor her I threw in 30 quartz, but I wasn't actually expecting I'd be able get her. It'll take a long time to fully level her skills but I'm glad she'll be joining my little team.
I was stopping myself from watching this video for so long and now I finally can. I must say it was worth it. First experience was crazy. I'm glad I got her.
I like to think that musashi's slash is similar to the effects of ado edem's slash emperor (Angel Notes) and im confident enough that this is an intentional reference since how close lostbelt is going with all the Notes lore with black barrel and alien gods

I'm one of those players who are neutral about Musashi. I don't actively roll for her whenever she's on rate-up, but I don't avoid her like the plague in Saber support select lists. I do have her Berserker version, but apart from a brief stint as Arts DPS looper, she's not the most special Servant in my roster. However, her role in Olympus garners my respect for her character. She was there for us in Shimousa, then Las Vegas, then Russia, then finally in Olympus where she saved our ass. I'm happy that in the end, she found her reason for drifting between worlds, her purpose. Fare you well, Musashi.

However the more world she came across, the more world denied her existence. This lead to the final in Olympus (she know that she can't travel to any world anymore), she decided to save all of us by the slash and ereasted from the world. So yeah she was just finding her home world but end up saving entire PHH by coincident.

I finally got her on my main and alt acc in NA and I am happy. She is my ultimate waifu. Cant wait for her buff to come in NA, she will be so powerful. I wish she will return in the future somehow and not data lost.
Its a bit late for this post. I fully read LB 5.2 on NA (with battles of course) few months ago. One of the most memorable scene and it gives me a bit of goosebumps is musashi's final(?) moment Few weeks later after her banner appeared in 17M DL campaign, i have no plans to get musashi saber on that time or before DL campaign banner (i failed getting her during thanksgiving 2020 and i'm happy with grailed 100 bedivere), but i roll anyway with supposed to spend 5 tickets and 30 sq. But after 4th ticket, she appeared and answered my call. No regrets of getting her (I still have more SQs and tickets for castoria). FYI, i also have her summer version.

Musashi is my favorite servant in all of Fate and this moment had me cheering and crying simultaneously. Such an amazing moment in an already peak fiction Lostbelt. I adore this track and the fact the motif originated from Summer Vegas (unless it was also used in Shimousa and I’m just forgetting it) is just amazing to me.
Edit: upon going back to the Shimousa OST I now realize it did come from there. It was the boss battle theme with each of the Seven Swordmasters.

This was really a powerful moment for me. Really gave me the tears. I hope she will come back somehow.
I truly hope she won't . I love her as a character, but almost every death in the game is meaningless because either they die in a singularity and the actual heroic spirit isn't affected, or the character gets brought back somehow. This was an epic way to go out after a long build up of character focus for her, and I hope they will leave her character to rest and end with this instead of betraying all those emotions and bringing her back. Her role is over, her arc is done, her job is fullfilled, she found her answer. Let her rest

@@kodaofthelunari9165 well she's not gone gone, it's just that her Saint graph is gone from the throne just like Solomon except for musashi case, her soul is still there so it depends on whether the throne of heroes wanted her back or not
Honestly if she comes back the only reason should be because we somehow got sent to a place of nothingness. Which i could see happening since we can't detect the foreign god's observer on any instruments. If our enemy doesn't exist they likely come from a place that doesn't exist, and since musashi no longer exists she can be in that place to bail us out when we need it.

Arash being 1-star is almost poetic, as his Noble Phantasm is Stella (=star), the Lone Meteor.

I've listened to this so many times, and I knew what happened. But man does this hit different after experiencing it for myself.
It breaks my heart that there are people (on FGO reddit) who would brutally hate her and be happy about her death (in the story). I myself am always neutral about her. But after Olympus, oh man. It always happens to me; I didn't realize how much I love her until her final moment. This moment was the moment Guda and my feelings are in sync the most.

I am one of those people. Musashi deserve better treatment from players
Tbf. She was kinda intolerable in shimousa. The story tries too hard to get the players to like her that they gave her way too many positive traits and way too little flaws. They should have just presented a more organic character with both distinct flaws and strengths and let the character grow on the players naturally instead of forcing her down the player’s throats.
I was originally saving for Maou Nobu but when I saw her banner I remembered what she was able to do in Olympus and to honor her I threw in 30 quartz, but I wasn't actually expecting I'd be able get her. It'll take a long time to fully level her skills but I'm glad she'll be joining my little team.
I was stopping myself from watching this video for so long and now I finally can. I must say it was worth it. First experience was crazy. I'm glad I got her.
I like to think that musashi's slash is similar to the effects of ado edem's slash emperor (Angel Notes) and im confident enough that this is an intentional reference since how close lostbelt is going with all the Notes lore with black barrel and alien gods

I play NA, my first SSR, grailed to level 100 with max stats alongside her berserker version. Best decision of my life
I'm one of those players who are neutral about Musashi. I don't actively roll for her whenever she's on rate-up, but I don't avoid her like the plague in Saber support select lists. I do have her Berserker version, but apart from a brief stint as Arts DPS looper, she's not the most special Servant in my roster.
However, her role in Olympus garners my respect for her character. She was there for us in Shimousa, then Las Vegas, then Russia, then finally in Olympus where she saved our ass. I'm happy that in the end, she found her reason for drifting between worlds, her purpose.

@@nikolaijoseph3657 well, she is a stray servent without any world accept her (her orignial world was gone). Her apparents each time is a random encounter when she travel across different world. However the more world she came across, the more world denied her existence. This lead to the final in Olympus (she know that she can't travel to any world anymore), she decided to save all of us by the slash and ereasted from the world. So yeah she was just finding her home world but end up saving entire PHH by coincident.

FGO’s Miyamoto Musashi is not just a money printing machine waifu character
Going the the genderbent route which fate has been known of doing separates FGO Musashi from the rest. Also regardless of her gender and her generic genki personality archetype, it really doesn’t matter so long as it is good writing
FGO Olympus was a grand adventure and Musashi’s fate affecting so many is a testament to the quality of writing
Olympus was incredibly epic and one of the most grandest thing I've ever seen in any franchise whether it's a western or anime. The only thing that is better than Olympus was Avalon Le Fae, Lostbelt 6. Seriously, that shit was mindblowing imo.

I finally got her on my main and alt acc in NA and I am happy. She is my ultimate waifu. Cant wait for her buff to come in NA, she will be so powerful.

I fully read LB 5.2 on NA (with battles of course) few months ago. One of the most memorable scene and it gives me a bit of goosebumps is musashi's final(?) moment
Few weeks later after her banner appeared in 17M DL campaign, i have no plans to get musashi saber on that time or before DL campaign banner (i failed getting her during thanksgiving 2020 and i'm happy with grailed 100 bedivere), but i roll anyway with supposed to spend 5 tickets and 30 sq.
But after 4th ticket, she appeared and answered my call. No regrets of getting her (I still have more SQs and tickets for castoria).
FYI, i also have her summer version.
