SKRT mobility scooter can't electric powered, can't push, can't use

this video to instruct how to solve these problem when you use mobility scooter.
1, mobility scooter can not electric powered.
2, mobility scooter can not push to go
3, mobility scooter can not use after adjusting gear switch and everything.
solution for question1: turn off mobility, push back gear switch, turn on it. try.
solution for question2: turn off mobility, push forward gear switch, try.
solution for question3: after try everything, still not work, please Fall sideways scooter, check wire connect condition. there's 2 wires control scooter. please make sure they both are connected.
