How to re-store broken bolt with a tilted milling head @ 55 degrees

Iron roughneck slider/graber. Has broken allen bolt located on the angled side,
Work piece clamp on the milling table, X Y Z axis was locked in position.
Only the milling head spindle moves up ang down
Miliing head was setted to 55 degress angle
And performed drillng /oversized the hole
Threading with 1/2 UNF tap
Inserted with threaded 1/2 UNF stud bolt
And drill with required tap drill size for making the original tapped hole
