I had the privilege to roadie for Trouble for 1 show in Ft. Walton Beach,FL in 1987. Trouble opened for King Diamond on the "Run to the Light and Abigail " tours. Talk about unlikely touring partners lol. Trouble blew me away that night. It was a very small place called "Franco's". When I asked the guy with a walkie talkie when do we set up King's castle props. We don't! To small of a place. That ruined the whole night for me.
My older brother turned me on to these guys in 1984 or so. Fortunately the band lived 2 towns over so I've been fortunate to see them live 9 or 10 times now. Amazing live band. I saw them in the early days at The Alamo Ballroom in Aurora IL. They opened for Accept and Queensryche back then. Also played with Zoetrope, a great early 80's street metal band out of Chicago. They actually got booed off the stage when they opened for Slayer, back when no one could open for Slayer! Love the dual guitars of Wartell and Franklin and their drummer has a perfect style to match all of those amazing riffs. I will always prefer Wagner but the new guy brings a lot of energy to the stage and he's a pretty cool dude to raise a beer glass with. This track is newer and really damn good. Check out their first two albums to get an idea of how great they were right off the bat.
I saw Trouble on this tour in a club in Kansas City, Missouri called The Riot Room. They misspelled it on the t-shirts and it says The Rigot Room. The original lead singer did the album but didn’t want to tour. They got Korey Clarke from Warrior Soul to do the tour on lead vocals. It was only the second night of the tour and he didn’t miss a beat!
Vaya con dios Eric Theodore Wagner. Rest in Peace Never forget You and your generous nature brother. Met them in 1992 on Manic Frustration tour in S.F Calif. at the Stone on Broadway. I still got my signed poster hanging on my wall.
I first heard trouble in the spring of 1984 and they fu**ing blew me totally away.I havent stoped listening since.Their older material is much better. We were lucky to get this album though. Its a pity that Eric is no longer a part of Trouble, i know the other guys in the band want to continue but come on there are a lot of singers out there that could do a better job than Kory Clark. He totally ruins the songs with his shreaded vocal cords.Get your shit togather Eric and please come back.
Holy chowder! At 1:32 that’s me in the Trouble shirt next to Eric (back when I had hair)! I have photos from that show. (It was either S.F. or Oakland.) 👍🏼👍🏼
Im lucky enough to have seen Trouble live in the late 80's they were and still are one of the best metal bands easily imo. thanks for the post -this album s.m.c. is awesome.
F yeah Trouble rocks! When AC/DC's singer died, they held auditions right away. Sorry, but Trouble's new vocalist just ain't there : ( I mean, he's got the passion, but not "the pipes" that make a great singer. So much, Love
I gotta disagree with the people busting on this album. It's pretty damn good. I'd put it in the middle...better than Manic Frustration and Plastic Green Head but not as good as the other albums.
R.I.P. Eric Wagner. Going home to heaven. Go with God.
eric went home

Song kicks ass
The grit on this album is tremendous. Sounds like something Sabbath could have come out with in the early to mid 80's. Top draw.

Simple Mind Condition?
Because they don't get ANY airplay and nobody seems to know who the hell they ARE!!! "THE BEST"
