For those that need help, I managed to recreate it with the following: A hoop that is about 4cm in diameter, embroidery floss that is about 11-12in in length, and 14 cords total. Attach all 14 cords with a larks head knot. Take the middle 2 sets of cords, so numbers 7 and 8, and put the inside cords together. Take the outer cords of both and do a left facing square knot (you could probably do right facing I just prefer left facing). Do this for the all the cords slowly making your way out. At the end, take the individual cords at the bottom and working inwards to outwards do double half hitch knots around the hoop. Trim the excess to your liking!
