I love how MIW makes song sequels, trilogies, and callbacks to other songs of theirs. Once you listen to their entire catalogue, it starts to feel like the Motionless in White cinematic universe.

The fact motionless in white hasn’t completely abandoned heavy music/metalcore despite being in the position to posture themselves as spooky breaking Benjamin is really relieving as a fan for over a decade

Don't get me wrong CREATURES holds a special place in my heart but I definitely agree for sure
My favourite line of this is “ today I found my own embrace, I’ll never regret who I am today” it hits so deep for me, it’s like me today giving little me from my childhood a big hug and saying it’s okay to finally be who you are no more hiding and running away from the trauma and pain. Embrace and love yourself as you are’.
My favorite song off the album. They might have a song called 'Masterpiece', but this is the true masterpiece of the album

This is honestly one of MIW'S best songs , it is very underrated for how good and deep it is.
Every. Single. Song on this album is a banger, like the simple change in pitch in the "something more" the 2nd and 4th time around, its the little things that make future spine and neck therapy patients

1:26 you can hear the emotion in Chris’ voice.. Such a great song with a STRONG message. I’m happily married going on 5 years but I sympathize with people because I know some who have gone through the ringer in some relationships.. Everything will work out.. ALWAYS choose yourself!!❤️

As soon as I saw that there was going to be a sequel to 'Burned at Both Ends' on the new record, back when it was announced, I got very excited to hear this specific song, because I love the Infamous album. Now that I've heard it I can confirm that I absolutely love it. One of my favorites on the album.

This song speaks volumes to me. The lyrics just hit home so hard. Perfect blend of Chris' vocals/screams. Nice riffs by Ryan and Ricky. Vinny absolutely kills it and Justin on point as always. My favorite off Scoring.

My band and I wrote a song similar to this about my ex. Mine is also 2 parts it’s being released soon. She faked love and cheated on me and said I was never enough and that I won’t amount to anything. After her and my depression I’ve been my best I can be and I thank this band for that

The original Burned was so bleak and hopeless, and it absolutely resonated so hard with me when Infamous came out.
Listening to Burned 1 and 2 back to back is as close as I can get to time travel then vs now
Burned 2 is about leaving the past to die and move forward and choosing yourself. Looking back a decade ago, where I was at to now…this will forever be a personal favorite essiential MIW song. It’s like a celebration of how far I’ve come mentally and physically. I needed this one track to be a hit when I first heard it announced, and it absolutely destroys my expectations.
From 2:02 to 2:10... that crescendo is something incredible, pure raw emotions!!! An absolute masterpiece 🔥🔥🔥

Everytime I hear this song I get hyped. There is so much inspiration in this song. We don't have to be a product of our circumstances. No obstacle is too big to overcome.
Considering my interpretation from the 1st part and how it's correlated with my own journey, this is everything I needed it to be.. I'll be more than a fool with nothing.
This song means so much to me as I have dealt with a lot of toxic relationships specifically within my family. The lyrics just really resonated with me and its helped me realize that cutting off and setting boundaries with those people was the best thing I had to do for me. It's okay to put yourself first and not live for others all the time. My next tattoo is gonna have lyrics from this song. Honestly hope I can meet you guys one day and let you know how much your music has helped me in my life. I have listened to you from the beginning and seeing you guys grow and gain such a following makes me so happy.

Ahh another KoRn fan!! For decades KoRn has been my favourite band, but then I heard MIW 💜💜💜💜 I found MIW thanks to KoRn (well JD more specifically) - the song Necessary Evil with him in it. Been in love ever since 💜💜💜💜🎼

I know nothing of directing music videos but the part where he says "Today I found my own embrace" I picture a survivor of domestic violence embracing their children and then the part where he says, "I'll never regret who I am today" I picture it showing the other side of their face while holding their children smiling and a small tear streaming from their bruised eye. I have so many different ideas for a music video but that's one that stands out and is an image I always see when that part hits.
1:27 - 1:32 I don't know why, but I hear J-Dog from Hollywood Undead in this part. It's really close when he did the screaming in their older songs. Really like it a lot! As the whole song!

When disguise came out, I was in a dark place. More depressed than I have ever been. But I moved on, I became happier and I met someone who made me realize I didn't need a disguise. It was like life had been brought back into me. Today, I found this song and made me realize, I'm depressed just like I was before. That person who helped me is no longer there for me. I'm alone again, I've been burned on both ends yet again.
