It always seems like My mother and I are amongst the only few here who still love visiting the mall regularly lol We just love it and always have buyers remorse when we shop online...like I need to touch, feel and see.. like u can’t tell online how well made and durable the canvas of a Celine bag is. Hi. I bought the same bags as yours. Is Celine accepting restoration for a preloved bag? I don't have records on their stores. And how much did you pay? How long did they restore it? Thanks
I'm not too sure how it works with pre-loved bags. I suggest visiting your nearest Celine boutique and talking to the staff there. They should be able to find a record of your bag in the system and may offer the restoration service from there! It took around four weeks for the pampering service as my bag was sent from Melbourne to Hong Kong. Thanks for watching! ☺️
can you please help me . i have a celine like yours which i bought second hand . it has all the paperwork but does not have a code or serial number , does that mean its fake
Hi Sushila, thanks for watching my vlog! I would recommend finding a designer bag authentication service. They will be able to provide you with an answer. The code or serial number is usually found inside the bag. Mine is embossed on the suede. I hope that helps! 😊

Oh my gosh - I haven't been to Chadstone in sooo long - so nice to see it again! That Celine bag is gorgeous btw!! I know Coach has a similar in-store care service which is really handy (have had my leather backpack refreshed in Emporium and it's so nice to get a fresh bag back!) 🥰
