Net qualified candidates score only 5 marks for NET and Phd students score 25 for phd and 2 marks for each research paper. NCERT selected only those candidates for interview whose marks are above 70.
Sir aab to PhD enrollment me aur vi zyada problem hoga. Jin logo ka NET nehi hai wo log to PhD ki taraf zyada pressure dega. And it's a open secret Sir that PhD entrance me more or less influence to hota hai Sir.....

I don't agree with you sir, why PhD students from state universities suffer because of private universities. I am PhD in psychology from HPU in the year 2012 but could not clear net but many of my friends belonging to reserve categories qualified exam inspite of scoring less than me.

I have given 3 interviews at different universities.
I have qualified NET 2 times in a row and currently pursuing PhD. But mujhse jyada jinke pass qualifications thi jese already PhD completed aspirants, jinke 4-5 papers published the, they were given top priority.
Mera interview to bohot accha gaya but during interview hi unhone mujhe yahi bola k ab aap hi batao ye log jinke pass aapse jyada qualifications hai hum unhe kyu na le.. and I was speechless.

Assistant professor recruitment direct open exam ke through karwani chaiye.yeh PHD se direct interview lena to degree khareed ke noukari lagana ho gaya l.bahut bada farjiwada ho raha hai modi ke raj me.injustice with majority of candidates.

My personal opinion is students after MSc don't run for job try to purse PhD in their relevant field and then searching for job because board members always recruit a NET and PhD degree holder and thank you sir for your efforts Jay Shree Krishna

Reality is that a PhD is alot better than a pg student and has vast amount of research experience due to the orientation of the degree. Apply for some job where there is a PhD candidate also then you will understand what I am trying to convey
@@suyashsingh1085 yes I have special regard for those who really work hard to get PhD degree but then there are many more who just pay the fees and get the degree ready at hand, this is my reality check. And the reality is these so called PhD holders have outnumbered the actual really hard working PhD candidates.

Sir Aaj kal to net ka exam bhi paiso me leak ho raha hai. Ph.D jo paiso k bal par kiya hua hoga pakki baat hai usko reasearch ka abcd bhi nahi pata hoga or jisne sacchai imandari se Ph.D ki hogi usko research ki basic knowledge jarur hogi. Or agar research ki basic knowledge jis kisi ko bhi hogi he or she will be much better than a net qualified candidate bcz agar hum imandari or sacchai par baat kare dono hi cases me NET and Ph.D dono me dekhe to NET sirf 6 months me qualify kiya ja sakta hai jo ki sirf paper 2 k jariye subject ki knowledge candidate ko deta hai or paper 1 se thoda aptitude ki knowledge deta hai lekin us candidate k paas research ki ya to bilkul hi nahi ya bahut hi kam knowledge hoti hai vahi par jo candidate 4-5 saal laga kar Ph.D karta hai vo apne subject ki knowledge to rakhta hi hai sath hi research ki bhi usko acchi knowledge hoti hai. To aise me aap khud hi dekh lijiye ki kon jyada behtar or deserving candidate hai. According to me Ph.D candidate is much better and deserving then it's NET candidate. Jai Hind. 🙏
Sab bekar hai me 11 years assistant professor reh chuka hu. Shuru me salary achi lagti hai par jab mehgai age ke sath jimmedari badti hai toh pvt university me salary nahi badhti ya nam matra ki badhti hai aur govt university bhi adhoc ya contract faculty akhte hai very few permanent positions. Tang akar after 11 years of assistant professor in top pvt university i dropped career as assistant professor.
Jab career shuru kiya tha tab ki salary kafi achi lagti thi but year on year salary badhti hi nahi hai.
Its completely non sense to do hardwork for teaching profession this profession do not deserve the good candidate.
Now after leaving assistant professor career i crossed my assistant professor salary in just a year with annual increament of approx 15-20% in new field.
What's the new field Sir?
@@Roxox1 business (i started the preparation for business after first year of my assistant professor job as increament was 4%) but establish it takes 9 years. Then i leaved my assistant professor job par kabhi kabhi sochta hu.
Jab market me salary hi nahi hai aur inflation ke according increament hi nahi hai toh kya phayda raha.
15 years of schooling 4 years of engg 2 years of mtech and 3-4 years of phd and investment on that is totally waste.
And again jaha apne job kiya(assistant professor ma) waha par bhi university owners ko hi ameer banaya kyonki
Na faculty ko kuch milla
20 sfr (student faculty ratio) me se 2-3 student ki fees se faculty ki salary nikal jati hai.
Aur students bhi ushi ghatiya job market me ate hai jaha under pay aur under inflation jobs hai.
This education system is only for benefits of
govt=people are busy in education and do not raise employment demand.
college owners= huge fees increament with low paying faculties.
Companies= they get highly qualified engineers with very less salary.
AND THE LOOSER ARE PARENTS(AFFORD COST OF EDUCATION) AND EMPLOYEES WHO WORK SALARIES OF PEENUTS.
Aur haan sara benefits uthane ke baad corporates kehte he ki indian students are not employable.
Realty is indian corporates are not good place to work as they need highly qualified people on the salary of unemployed people.
Jaha USA me 10th pass ko bhi part time me 2-3 lakh mil jate hai yaha par unhi IT companies ko 30k me engineer chahiye(aur wo bhi highly efficient).
Aur USA ka example isliye liya kyonki indian companies usa me hi software bechte hai.

Both should be mandatory PhD + Net, there should be no comprise with quality and for final selection both written and interview should be conducted.
Having phd doesnot make a person good teacher ..... I know lots of my assistant professors who might have knowledge but no aptitude for teaching. Teaching is an art which only few poses. Besides phd candidates will have advantage in promotions so phd should not be mandatory for APs. These days phd has just become formality with no genuine candidate who actually wants to do it for research purpose but only for teaching eligibility.
