Paul, by introducing these Spanish lessons, you are also doing a great service to humanity, because by learning a language, a new horizon opens in one's life, wow a great job.....highly praiseworthy.
Thank you Jatinder, learning a foreign language is good your brain and also opens up many new opportunities in life. It's always worth the effort you put into it.
Thank you Paul! You're the best! I bought you're course and I have learned so much! My husband is from Honduras and he couldn't teach me 1/2 of what I have learned from you. Because of you ahora podemos conversación en Español!
this lesson adds a lot of clarity to my spanish speaking. I was confused about the structure of this reflective pronoun (me) pero ahora entiendo. gracias y hasta la proxima vez
Your lessons are ALWAYS awesome on how you build up to a sentence, allowing us to learn and practice how to use it in a sentence. I can't wait for your next video. I always listen to it right away!
Tengo que trabajar pero no voy a irme a trabajo ahora. Voy a quedarme estudiando aquí porque me gusta los videos tan mucho. Mañana voy a levantarme muy temprano para trabajar. ¡Gracias otra vez Paul!
Paul, i'm a flight attendant and i can now speak spanish with the passengers and dal with them evn better! Thank you very much for this course! Deberia decerlo en español pero ahora es muy tarde para eso! xD Muchas gracias paul. Me has ayudado mucho mucho mucho! Que te quedas bien!
Hola de Australia otra vez . Gracias por la nueva video. Estan mejorando todo tiempo. Hope I got all that right after studying all your videos. cheers from the land downunder
Love your course I have been learning Spanish for ten years now and I find your course the best, I am seventy this year so it is harder but I am enjoying your teaching. Suzanne
I've been using duolingo for about 4 months I've learned quite a bit however a large portion of the phrases are ones that I will never actually use. I do understand that its more about learning the words and the proper syntax of the language. However I find your teaching method more useful and easier to remember
Thank you so much.Your manner of education is incredibly succesfully.Especially your calm voice and explanation gives us all necessitive key points .Now I almost finish your full seris of lessons. It was so nice. Thanks again for all your effort of preperation . 👏👏👏👏👏🌺🌹🌷🌸
Christopher Michael I’m on level 6 of the programme. Tell me, did you find it difficult when you came to the Activate Levels. I have found them a massive jump and am struggling on Activate 3 level 6 to get past it properly.
Ahora no quiero preoccuparme sobre aprendiendo espñol porqué mi descrubir usted. Voy a decir un verdad que tras mirando los videos tengo aprendí tanto. Gracias por todo.
I really enjoyed watching this, Paul. You covered the basic concept so well that I have no further comments to make, except that I'm having fun seeing the language anew through the eyes of your students who are just learning all of this for the first time. I think it actually makes me feel young again. ¡Muy bien hecho! :-)
thanks for your nice video but I recommend you doing a spanish listenimg skills after each lesson or different lesson . combination of all the test you've done in summary just brief because listening skills is another problem we have. thanks
Hello, actually I'm a new Spanish learner and I've some questions that I'd love to be answered! 1) how to understand if someone says something in present simple or past simple? like the verb contar is vosotros contamos in both tenses. how to know if they wanna say I count or I counted? 2) from where should I start learning? like grammar examples thank you very much! greetings from Greece! 🇬🇷 -Kalliope

Thank you so much for your lessons, it helps me a lot. Just a simple query about what “no hay nada” means. You said it’s “there’s nothing” but it sounds like “there isn’t nothing”.

Great lesson
Hi Paul. I love these videos. They're great. If No Hay means There isn't, aren't we saying there isn't nothing? Shouldn't it be Hay Nada? Thanks!!
Hi Jason, yes Spanish is full of these kinds of negative expressions... no hay nada would literally mean "there isn't nothing"
For latin languages
"No hay nada" can´t be litteraly translated to "there isn't nothing" but instead "There is nothing" or " There has nothing"... it's just a tiny bit diferent..
But the way that Paul teaches is 100% correct aswell.

Thank you Saika!
Muchas gracias :)
Hi Paul , you are a Gem .
Thank you! :-)
por la mañana: in the morning,
de la mañana: in the morning,
en la mañana: in the morning.....or how Paul?
i think por = for , de = of, en = in . In english
Great stuff yet again. The "there is" construction would make a great lesson all by itself. ;)
Hey Cian, glad to see you're still watching my lessons. Yes "hay" is interesting because it means "there is" but also "there are" at the same time :-)
that's interesting... I'd love to know more about it. Also, great to see your subs growing steadily. Nearing 30K now! Really well-deserved.
Repeating and very interesting. Thanks
