You can create a basic VM by copying another VM with the API but you should be using something like Terraform, Ansible, or maybe Vagrant for that kind of thing.

Great video! I think they removed the "-i" option in vmrest 1.2.1 build-16894299 so it only binds the service on the loopback address.
