Custom Fabbed Zoomie Headers (700 Horsepower Blown Small Block)

- We're travelling to the shops of MarsFab Offroad and Fabrication to watch them fabricate aand build set of custom zoomie headers for a classic Ford pickup with a 700 horsepower blown small block Chevy engine. MarsFab specializes in serious off-road suspension and metal fabrication, and header fab isn't exactly their specialty. But they do use lots of great practices that many of us can learn from whether we are trying to fab our own headers or anything else in the shop.

That man is a craftsman. His fabrication is outstanding.

Thanks a lot! And thanks for watching
Thanks , great information. Much appreciated.
Thanks for watching!
Waiste of time without hearing them!!
Great content
Thanks much!
Quality 👌
Cool truck. Dunno why people gotta say so much dumb stuff in the comments. Keep up the good work THM
Thanks! Much appreciated.
Great workmanship...I have a question...Do you not need to put a gasket on when attaching the new zommies?? I am asking because i am having a new set made for my t-bucket...
I would recommend it. Probably swapping them out in something as simple as a T-bucket wouldn't be too bad, but exhaust gaskets are relatively cheap and it will save you the hassle of bolting up your headers with the old gaskets and realizing you have a link and have to redo it. Thanks for watching!
BTW: That new Buju Banton is out now!
Don’t blame me blame the ad on this video
Yeah, I have no control over the ads UA-cam chooses to play. Thanks!
And nine people didn't like this? Why?
Thanks for the kind words!
Hey wheres part 4 of the Buick GNX V6 build from 4 years ago????
Yeah, sorry. I know it sounds crazy, but the owner actually had the engine in the car and was driving it around with a base tune. We were going to meet up and do the final video when he got around to taking it to the tuner for the horsepower tune and run on the chassis dyno, but it was stolen before he got around to it. It's true, I swear. Anyhow, thanks for watching!
What kind of headers style are dose again?
Man i know you need that monetization but youtube put 9 double ads unskippable on this video, thats 18 ads on an 18 minute video, i seriously doubt your gettin your moneys worth for all that ad space, they are robbing youtubers 🤨
Answer to that is don't use the UA-cam App. Watch via the oldest browser that will work and NEVER ALLOW UPDATES of any kind. I don't see any adds.
Very nice how much????lol😎😎
Not sure but you can contact Chris Marshall at the MarsFab website -- marsfab.com. I do know he said that doing these right takes a lot longer than most people expect!
Oh ok cool thanks for the reply
Safety glasses. Wear them
700 horsepower blown small block? Sounds like low numbers must be an endurance motor with that blower belt. LMAO 427 small block Chevy can easily put out 650 horsepower naturally aspirated. What am I missing I mean what are you missing. LMAO
a 427 is a big block
@@edgesun7031 some of the aftermarket small blocks can be bored and stroked to 454 cubic inch in today's world.
Maybe they dont wanna turn it up as the guy says it's a street truck... to each there own.
@@edgesun7031 it's a stroked 400 sbc, blueprint engines offer up to a 454 smallblock, yes smallblock but big bore and stroke
What you are missing is that people can spend their own money however they like. You must have had two asses since you laughed them off twice.
