I thought my headset was broken because the instruction book is not great. For quick use: Press the on-off button on the headset button down for 8 seconds to 10 seconds until the red light above the power button is on and the headset is turned on, keep holding the on-off button down for another 8-10 seconds, and the green light will flash over the volume button. Note-The red light over the power button on the headset will come on first but just keep holding the on-off button down till the green light over the volume button flashes. When that happens place headset back into the charging /transmission cradle and the cradle will sync with the headset. Wait until the light over the volume button turns solid green. The headset is now synced. The power button on the headset will remain red. The green light over the volume button will remain solid green. Once synced the headset is ready to use for now and the future. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
Bought this and it worked for some several months. Now the red light goes on but the green light on the left side does not got on. What do I need to fix this?
Only had it for 3 weeks and started getting same problem others have mentioned. It stops pairing with base unit & green light will flash like it is pairing but never finishes pairing & green light eventually turns off even though red power light on headphone shows it is charged.
I like how this doesn’t even mention how the Audio is very quite, and the deafening beep that plays in both ears when you reach max volume. Which is crazy because it shows you it has the ability to be loud, but only to cause you harm and hearing loss due to the deafening beep causing you to not hear it more and wanting to turn the volume up, it’s a vicious cycle

I bought the Artiste ADH300 in March. In August it didn't work anymore. The problem seems to be in the charger as when I seat the headphones in the cradle (I am very careful to ensure it does seat over the contacts) the green led in the charger doesn't light and the headphones doesn't charge. I've used the ADH300 Headset for about 8 months. Suddenly, the left speaker stopped working. Both batteries are fully charged. I have checked the RCA cable and that works great. Both red and white are functioning. On the base, when I flip the left (white) and right (red) RCA connectors the headphones do not pick up sound on the left (white) side. Right (red) side works. I have watched 3 other videos from this channel. The setup is very simple but the headset still will not work. We even held the on button for 8 seconds while the transmitter was off, after the blinking we turned the transmitter on and they paired. After they paired we turned the tv back on and the audio never came out of the headset. It only came out of the TV. The transmitter appears to work fine but the headset will not pair with the TV AT ALL. We have tried all of yesterday and all of today, even leaving it to charge all night and throughout the day. There has to be an explanation for this. We will be sending it back to Amazon and asking for a new one. If the new one doesn't work then I don't know what to do.

I bought this headset only a few months ago for my elderly father, who has loved this headset, as they have worked great until this morning when he put them on and the only audio the headset was emitting was a loud buzzing noise, the same sound that can happen when headphones are not plugged in all of the way, or that will come out of a pair of speakers when the tip of the headphone jack is touched with your finger. I am having a similar problem. both original and new Energizer 1.2V Ni-MH batteries. After about 4 years original batteries don't seem to last as long, so tried to replace them. With new batteries installed, red light in charging cradle does not turn green indicating charging, stays red. Page 3 of user guide says that if you need to replace batteries, use AAA rechargeable batteries supplied by ARTISTE. I would try that if I knew where to find them.
Dear my friend, different tv has different sound set. For example, Samsung 4K UHD or SONY. In Settings go to Sound -> Sound Output and either choose TV Speaker (sound will play on the headphones and TV speaker) or choose Audio Out/Optical for sound only on the headphones.
With wireless headphones, a lack of audio activity will make the headphones give a periodic buzzing noise that ends when the sound returns. With this system, inactivity turns off the headphones. I've only just got them but I think you have to turn on the headphones to get the sound back. I didn't care for the buzzing noise from my old headphones, so this is not a bad compromise.

Make sure the headband is retracted or it won't properly charge. I had that problem when I first got it.

Unplug the base. Hold the power button until the green light start flashing. Plug in the base. Headset will make a sound once reconnected to the base
