Never ever walk with knee pain. Just take a x ray to know the problem. After one doctor decision start doing exercise, eat very healthy food, take supplements, reduce body weight to the right number to your height. 1.stop sugar, sweets, deep oil foods, outside foods. 2.eat more greens and multi colour vegetables. 3.drink 3 litres water daily. 4.reduce rice and eat millets or quinoa as meal or breakfast. Eat more sprouts. Take one or two fruits daily. Watch my channel for healthy recipes and exercises. Here I’m giving links. Try to do daily. Thanks.

First I said we had. Injection from solar. Now we removed solar and having heat pump. But we have to give both lines while constructing the house.

Heat pump means total hot water system to the entire house. It consumes less power and give hot water to all bathrooms and including kitchen. Not only for the kitchen. Heat pump itself geyser to the total house. It is bit expensive also. You can ask your nearest dealers about price. Thanks.
