Bruh this sound saved me , passed first year econ exams with the second best grade in my uni, I give full credits to this sound. My ADHD brain thanks the creator of this video profusely , will keep listening . Planning to become a surgeon in South Korea after school. Now im in 10th grade of 11, and my biology skills are horrible. Maybe its really late, but I'm still trying to do something about it, and learning it atleast now. It was my dream for a really long time and still is. English is not my native language at all, but I'm glad I know it already so good, as a 16 year old. I have ADHD and honestly im so glad that it really helps me to concentrate:)
I also need to learn chemistry, and my summer holiday just started. Im really happy that now i finally got to learn atleast something and i hope i wont get burned out. I also have to learn Korean language for 2 next years. I know i can do this if i really want to, and i believe in everyone the same who reads this. I pump this through the speakers when my students are taking an exam. I start on the lowest volume and slowly increase it. They never notice and it blocks out a lot of the "leg shaking," pencil sounds, and loud breathing :)

This video saved my life!!!!!!! The people in my house have no concept of volume, they're so loud. I play this video on my Echo Dot on full volume and place it right next to my bedroom door (I am right next to the laundry room and the kitchen). Then I play the video on my laptop and plug in my headphones and I'm finally at peace. I can finally study, read my Bible, and not go insane for one freaking second of the day.
