These guys do need to equip their cars better, The RAM need proper 35” tires and a lift, that would hava made all the change in the world.

Gaz (?) needs TruTracs or lockers. This is almost identical to four-wheeling in Michigan. I've lived in the Rocky Mountains for many years and now drive only rock crawly Jeeps. In Michigan they call that gumbo mud. Michigan is a glacial moraine with a lot of sandy loam soil. In spring there is almost no bottom to the mud. I suspect this part of Russia is similar.

Ютуб понял что я играю в Snowrunner и решил, что я офроудер. Вот уж эти алгоритмы.
А можете сказать где это ? Просто немножко смахивает на дорожки в посадке на лысой горе, но облазив почти все околохарьковские дебри, я понимаю, что это может быть где угодно. Кроме того я там часто гуляю и таких тусовок никогда не видел, разве что местные с мажорского посёлка катаются на квадриках.

I'd hate to think how long it took to clean these cars........they drove this trail back in May, it's now half way through October........yep, they should be able to chisel the last of it off by the start of November, so I guess they can then do it again........oh dear, makes me tired just thinking about it.

Yes, or else they own a jackhammer to get rid of the mud, the point was that mud gets into everything and no matter how hard you try, you can never clean it all.......the heat from an engine bay for example tends to bake much of that mud around the motor whereas no amount of washing will get rid of it (a couple of suede brushes might help).
For me a dry dusty track is challenging enough, the dust is far easier to clean off and there isn't the dangers of water damaging the electrical system.
But then, I'm old and the idea of busting my ass all day on the track just to spend my time until the midnight hours trying to clean mission impossible is something I'd rather avoid if I can......
But hey, that's just me, if that's your thing you go for it.
Lada Niva rules every time ...Very Light weight with awesom capabilities can't stop these little Russian 4x4
If NIVA is balanced built, then this is a very good off-road car
The cheap Suzuki's Jimny certainly would defeat some of these expensives and heavy tractors, disguised of cars. The Jimny is light and smart.

It would make the daily commute a lot easier, if Russia would invest a bit more money into road maintenance...

I took 3 off road driving courses of all difficulty levels.. Driving and recovering in deep mud was the longest and most agonizing part of the last course.. Knowing what I know now, i'm sitting here criticizing their mistakes in my head as my instructor did verbally lmao... Something the smallest mistake means getting stuck, and our natural instinct will tell us to do exactly what we should not lol.. I thought my instructor was a controlling A-hole, but he was right.. I see it now lol.. We trained for international expeditions in different countries... Last year was expedition across western Australia and this year are doing a cross country overland expedition Across Namibia, through to neighboring country, Botswana (Africa)... Some of the guys in this video would be great on the Namibia trip, to send on river crossings first, so all the crocodiles were distracted with their meals as the rest of us crossed safely LMAO
