- A BBC journalist has stumbled during an interview with Twitter CEO Elon Musk as the reporter failed to provide an example to support his claim that hate speech is rising on the platform.
"You can't name a single example, not even one," Mr Musk said.
"I say sir, that you don't know what you're talking about."
A perfect example of facts vs feelings. Facts wins every time.
The use of the n-word went up over 200 percent the day elon took control of twitter. The use of pretty much every other slur went up 50 percent. Several research articles have been posted on it. Center for Countering Digital Hate, the Anti-Defamation League and Institute of Strategic Dialogue to name a few.

I cringed so hard when the reporter said "really" in response to what Elon said... Reminded me of the sort of thing you would hear in the playground as a child when someone's losing an argument 😂😂😂

What's so sad and so shameful is that... Elon just wanted to be civil. Elon just wanted to *intellectually respond* but the "interviewer" was so caught up in his (kinda his) feelings and the knowledge that he was only there to ask the "gotcha" questions that he couldn't participate in said intellectual conversation without getting completely flustered.
This is a perfect example of what it looks like to try and converse with anything "woke".

One of the worst interviews I've ever seen. Watched the full thing. Audio almost blew out my eardrums on the journalist a few times, Elon's mic fine. Journalist literally staring at his phone pulling notes he scratched, questions biased, stink of hit piece for views, no questions of real substance or interest, journalist completely boring and not personable, cutting Elon off and getting flustered. Was surprised how bad this is from the BBC.

Musk offered $6B to the UN World Program to help address world hunger with the request that they explain how they would help the hungry and that the accounting for the plan was open source.
