Wild and the Like, Episode 9 - Kruger National Park, Part 3

In which we meet birds that have forgotten how to bird, a huge number of species that have given up in the heat and, unfortunately, discover that eventually the house beats even apex predators. We felt no particular compulsion to pet the hyena this time.

Another great video! Those two boys must have gotten the short end of a fight in the time between when you first saw them and last saw them. We saw one last year who had recently lost an eye but he looked to be adapting well and we even saw him make a kill of a small animal so they are incredibly tough.
