So because of this, what Izuku is experiencing is close to actual fire; however, what I think is happening is that his body is able to tolerate much higher degrees of heat, so the amount of Capsaicin he can tolerate is well beyond any normal human.
Idk why people say full cowling because thats dekus way but in anime bakugous is different when deku gave bakugo ofa to fight that 1 villian on the ova or movie but full cowling is only dekus just would be one for all
