At 10:15 in the video, you say the slower velocities could be a fault, but don't you think those look like are multiples your picking? Basement velocity pick looks like its around 2.25sec, would be need to verified by a well log sonic
Yes, right. A well information is obviously more accurate if we could have it at the position. but generally saying when we have this type of case of sudden velocity change then there is possibility of having fault, unconformity or basement, etc.
