E70 X5 Diesel No Start Diag P0611

This thing died going down the road and cranks but will not start. Has died going down the roadHas code P0611 Along with many others. In this video I run down my diagnosis process. This is a 2009 BMW X5 with the diesel engine.

What was the issue I have a 2007 E70 3.0d diesel just today has just not started? After Driving fine but the radio & entertainment screen & dash symbols all work so do the lights front & back but no joy when hitting the push button start?

Did a new ECU solve the P0611 issue ? And no start ?

So after much frustration I ended up getting a used ECU and sent it out to bimecu for cloning. Started right up.

How came diesel inside the DDE? I have same issue

Pretty sure it traveled up the wires over time.
