I've had the same problem and after many different attempts at fixing it (putting adhesive tape beneath the control module to bring it closer to the glass, which solved the problem for 2 weeks), I think I've found the definitive solution from a German forum. The capacitve button has 2 little rubber feet that make contact with the electronic board, they tend to lose their conductivity after time . I've removed the button (easy, 2 little white plastic feet to push out) and put a little bit of solder wire on the control board contacts to make a better connection with the poorly designed rubber feet. Send me an MP if anyone needs help with this.
Could you please elaborate on what exactly you soldered, please? I have the board removed and pushed the two legs of the button to remove it from the board. But I don’t understand where I need to apply solder.

Hi.can you make a video showing us how to fix. Please
How did you eventually solve it?
The touch controls on the bosh induction jobs are really poor at sending touches. Heating is good, but the buttons make them unusable. AVOID!
Hi if I use 2 hobs it works fine. If I use 3 or 4 hobs it makes a sound like start/stop/start/stop continously. Is it the same for you? Thanks
I have the exact same problem, it drives me crazy!
How did you fixed?
@@alaawahdi574 it got to a point it no longer turned on. So, we had to get a technician to replace the board underneath. It was fixed thereafter.

This is a very common problem, has anyone considered a class action lawsuit???? Let me know your thoughts.
Had the same problem, it requires the main circuit board replacement.
sos de buenos aires? en que servicio tecnico lo cambiaste?
lỗi này khắc phục khá đơn giản. Không cần thay thế board điều khiển. Việt Nam chúng tôi khắc phục lỗi đơn giản.
@@chinht8646 please explain the simple fix
Cần tháo board điều khiển và thêm thiếc hàn vào vị trí tiếp xúc giữa phím cảm ứng với bảng mạch in

Someone from Bosch came out replaced the circuit board underneath... they didn't investigate the cause or try and fix specific issue.
@@wilburforce88 thank you
Was the item under warranty
@@ohcrapitsmrG Yes it was... it was less than a year old at that point. The new one they sent out is still working well... so far.
@@wilburforce88 same with me, warm pots contacting the touch controls kills them over time
