They used chicken breast (boil it until is tender), tomatoes, onion, chipotle chili (I don't know if this exists in your country), garlic, tortilla, sour cream (in Mexico our cream is between liquid and solid), salt, avocado, cheese (like cheese cream or something alike). Quantities and procedure is like you saw in the video.
This is interesting to watch for someone who knows very little Japanese and absolutely no Spanish XD still, it was very entertaining regardless both of them ar adorable and the food turned out good
