    Ingredients :
    Crust:
    200 grams digestive biscuit
    90 grams butter
    50 grams castor sugar
    Blend all ingredients together . Press on 9inch cake tin and set aside.
    Creamcheese:
    420 grams whipping cream
    Beat in a mixer bowl till medium stiff speak. Set aside
    400 grams creamcheese
    125 grams castor sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    1 whole mango- chopped ( can use more or less as u like, the more the better, haha)
    3 whole mangos for mango rose topping on top of cake.
    1 tablespoon gelatin + 1/4 cup boiling water (mix well)
    Beat creamcheese , sugar and vanilla till creamy. Add gelatin mixture(must not be hot), mix well, add mangos. And fold whipped cream.
    Freeze for 30 minutes before adding mangoes on top.
    Add creamcheese into cake tin and chill overnight or freeze them. Thaw and serve ! Super easy! Good luck!
