Cute pajamas! I have a sleep mask I use sometimes but it’s the kind that doesn’t actually touch your eyelids. I can’t do the ones that touch.
That sounds like it would make a big difference. Not so hostage like. I didn't like the way this one felt at all. It was mentally uncomfortable.

I use a sleeping mask but a much better quality than that thin thing. Mine is thick and keeps the daylight out because I often go to bed when the sun comes up. I also wear it on airplanes.
I was surprised to find more people wear them than I thought. This one is just a flimsy piece of cloth.
My husband wears a blackout mask but I can’t. I have too many control issues. 😂
