@@aeuoxii When you use the granade on wall, 3 lines with code will appear on the map. 1 in blue locker, 1 behind a minecart and 1 behind a brown locker next to red key room. Example: I - IV, II - V, III - II. 1st numer is order, 2nd numer is a symbol from keyboard code. 1 - $, 2 - %, 3 - @. Use glitch key to open safe, grab time communicator and use it on another safe in room upstairs. Code is always different!

If you die do you have to reset?
If you die in school map while doing the quest, it won't reset. If you quit the game you need to complete classic hospital with glitch key again.
