I've seen some good covers of Bowies music but for me this is easiest the best I've seen and now a pledged follower of your music Glen what a fantastic piece of music and capped with a perfect ending ... Very touching ... excellent !

Obsessions is a great name! I watch this video every day! I've become a harder fan of G. Hansard since this cover. I wish there was more info on the girl who recites the poem. I've seen her in one of his videos. Is she an actress, model???

In most of the other covers I've seen people are just trying clever interpretations of it and straying far off, this one is so faithful and at the same time his own, it's fantastic.

Truly a terrible cover. It loses all the feel that Bowie originally intended for the song as Major Tom drifts helplessly away into the abyss. Hansard's more acoustic cover is better.
