What probably happened: Theia barely collided with earth, rotating it 23.5° to it's side. (giving us seasons) Then, Theia turned into Earth's rings, which later came together to make the moon. And then, yeah. Were here now.

How to do it: Step 1: buy universe sandbox Step 2: go to the earth and crank up the heat...REAALLY high Step 3: get some big asteroid, preferably the size of the moon Step 4: boil ‘Theia’ Step 5: crash it to earth and watch the horror

It's in the game. I just kept editing the materials of a slightly bigger mars to where the surface looked like a grey barren rock. All in all, I'm mostly satisfied with the result of that.
That's not the real one. This case used to be real 3 billion years ago when Earth was the size of Neptune. But because of Theia, the earth destroyed in 3 parts: Terra Today, Moon and the Third no one knows where it went. Theia was as big as mars. The Earth got it's sphere form back because of the gravity

my g, theia is a smaller planet, it wasn't going fast enough, AND it didn't hit the earth directly into the core. it only heated it up enough to melt the core.

It's in the game. I just kept editing the materials of a slightly bigger mars to where the surface looked like a grey barren rock. All in all, I'm mostly satisfied with the result of that.

That's not the real one. This case used to be real 3 billion years ago when Earth was the size of Neptune. But because of Theia, the earth destroyed in 3 parts: Terra Today, Moon and the Third no one knows where it went. Theia was as big as mars. The Earth got it's sphere form back because of the gravity
