- My updated bedroom tour for the new year. I'm a strong believer that what you surround yourself correlates with the energy we generate inside, so I like to refresh my bedroom every few months to keep my mind stimulated and my energies flowinnnnnn ~

I have a daughter named Marlee that is disabled and she’s been really sick lately. Today, she was wheeling her wheelchair around like a madman and I said, “Marlee is coming back.” I didn’t feel emotional about it at the time, but hearing you say that same thing made me feel extra grateful about her feeling more like herself. 🙌🏼🖤
I’m so used to her disabilities that I don’t realize when our norm isn’t following other people’s norms. Sometimes it takes someone else triggering your feels to have you step back and appreciate really small things.

This is gorgeous!! Just a tip with the succulents that are struggling - use cactus soil and make sure the water can drain out at the bottom, sometimes placing rocks at the bottom of the pot and the soil on top helps, succulents will become long and “stringy” when they are trying to find more sunlight & actually reach towards the sunlight! Also I’ve found the using a spray bottle to mist my plants regularly helps them as well!

Ok well I only love this! My room is a huge work in progress but it’s astrology themed with constellations everywhere and moon lamps with salt lamps and some tarot cards on my walls, etc. :)

Hey Kalyn, just a quick note to say that a Buddha statue shouldn't be placed on the floor! Generally, in Buddhist culture, it's supposed to be placed as the highest thing in the room. Not saying you need to do that, but it definitely shouldn't be on the floor ❤️ Other than that, your room is gorgeous! Much love! xoxo

Sun lamps/SAD (seasonal affective disorder) lamps are amazing! I would note that you might want to do some reasearxh into your one cause I know that some of them work best if you have your eyes open when you sit in front of them. You might already know that and I hate to be “that person” but just in case wanted to put that out there
