Cheese Pretzel Buns (makes 4 pcs)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
150 to 200 ml of water (adjustable)
250 grams bread flour, 1 teaspoon salt.
To boil the dough:
1½ liters boiling water + 1 tablespoon baking soda
Toppings:
50g grated mozzarella,
a handful of diced smoked beef (adjustable options).
1 stalk spring onion,
Chili powder, salt, and pepper, to taste.
Baking time: 20 - 30 minutes preheated oven.
Baking temp: 250°C an oven may vary.

Roti Pretzel Keju (jadi 4 pcs)
1 sendok teh gula
1 sendok teh ragi kering instan
150 hingga 200 ml air (disesuaikan)
250 gram tepung roti (protein tinggi)
1 sdt garam.
Untuk merebus adonan:
1½ liter air mendidih + 1 sendok makan soda kue
Topping:
50 gr mozarella parut,
segenggam daging asap potong dadu (pilihan sesuai selera).
1 batang daun bawang,
Bubuk cabai, garam, dan merica, secukupnya.
Waktu memanggang: 20 - 30 menit oven yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya.
Suhu pemanggangan: 250 ° C oven dapat bervariasi.
