What a lovely home - with the perfect kitchen! I love the layout with the kitchen as if a stage, where all at the table can watch as their meals are prepared, as if a theatrical event where you get to eat the results of the performance! The menu looked delightful. Everyone seemed pleased with the setting, the company & of course - the wonderful food. Niki - you always find such interesting things to invite us to. How nice to have such wonderful & talented friends going back to childhood. The ones I've seen have great personalities, & know how to enjoy life - as do you. I'm so glad to have discovered you & your family via watching Sara & Luca.

Risotto is one of my favourite dishes, so pleased Celine didn’t use garlic, it makes me terribly sick, I feel much better about it now! It is easy to see how you and Celine are long lasting friends, both of you are skilled in your craft which opens many doors to be among many gatherings of celebration and isn't food a celebration in itself? The opera singers voice was professionally. Does she sing on stage? Once we celebrated a birthday at an Italian restaurant and a server happened to be studying and/or in training to be an opera singer and he came to our table per request and sung a beautiful Italian song. Very memorable. The time you share with others has value. Your content is always very comfortable watch.

The Risotto looked divine. I have never tried it with radicchio so will have to try it. Maybe one day I will get over and attend the Cooking School. The location looks beautiful.
Loved learning a new risotto. The plaster walls and carving on the furniture was so beautiful. My first love in Italy is Tuscany and it’s flatter kinder two fake knees. My travel appetite has been whetted.
