You know what's at stake here, and you know what's at stake globally; if you weigh the lives of millions as less valuable than your comfort, your "conditions of resistance/protest" that are pure fiction if you have not been taking advantage of them since you awakened politically, then never again claim "solidarity" with them, and never again claim you care at all about "harm reduction" or "the most good for the most people," because you are concerned only with yourself.
Some of us have jobs, bro.
@@freewilly1193 You think they didn't back in 1776 or 1963, or at any of the other times when people organized and did things? Or do you think that they were all unemployed lazy people with nothing better to do and a strong sense of entitlement throwing a fuss for funsies?
"But jobs, bro" is just a weak excuse for doing nothing. Your job doesn't take up 100% of your time that isn't basic survival, and nobody in the history of ever has demanded that all of your time or even free time be spent on activism, so don't pretend like that's even remotely the case. If the outcomes don't matter to you enough that you'll do anything about them, then just say that. If they do, then act like it and DO something, whatever it is you can do according to your abilities/disabilities.
That's all there is to it. Do, or do not, but if you just make excuses for why you don't even TRY then anything you say is just virtue signalling and deflection. Trying is still an attempt at doing, even if you don't succeed like you want.

Im tired of what you did to me
Looks like you people, yes, I'm saying it like this because it's you people who are committed to this who I am referring to. You're going to have to put in the work like blacks have been doing for decades towatd civil rights. Which, btw, everyone now enjoy. Those persons who got off the sidelines to assist were NOT in the majority, but they crouched down in the trenches for civil rights. Many were wounded and some were killed. America ultimately fought a war over it AND we're still fighting about it. The change you want to see toward Palestinians is beyond the Democrat party but if I had to fight it, I'd rather orchestrate my protest under Democrats. Imo, you'll be lucky to NOT get your skull cracked while protesting the current Republicans. My suggestion is to fight the good fight but take it one day at a time realizing this is a long war which means incrimintal victories along the way. That is, if it means that much to you. Oh and Israel means little to me. As far as im concerned, it's a made-up state. I'm also NOT a staunch supporter of Palestinians. In my opinion neither group has been particularly kind to black people, especially here in the US. That's just my opinion. Keep pushing for what you want to see happen. Who knows, maybe you'll get something. Biden just gave black farmers an overdue downpayment of 2 billion toward their historic atrocities.
Progressives are too lazy and see themselves as too morally and ideologically superior to do the grunt work that would advance their agenda. They think that they have enough leverage to expect that their demands will be met when in reality they are spitting in the wind.
The aid to black farmers is only one example of concrete help for black people that was created by the Biden administration. Thank you for bringing that up.
21:47 The mass majority of Americans care about lower gas prices and lower grocery prices because that affects them.🤔
This is false! This genocide is why Pelosi and co forced Biden out. Progressives will not support her. She will lose Michigan… with RFK out she’s made her path almost impossible without the progressive vote. She just lost millions of votes… are you new to this country😂 god I hate Boomers!
Such a tough choice. The party that has expressed desire for a ceasefire, or the party that would have had Palestine turned a massive lump of glass by now if they were in charge.
Wtf you mean? The current admin gave Israel a blank check and all the weapons it wants. How would Trump do better?

The facts are mostly correct but the characterization seems biased. Keep up pressure, but calling people “Palestinian racists” is exaggerated, over-simplified & ineffective. Exercising political leverage towards a diplomatic solution buoyed by protesting seems more likely to actually work.
It's unfortunate that we can't write down as policy what an appropriate response from an attack is. 😢

3

If other countries started funding Israel in our absence, then we'd make friends with Iran and the surrounding countries. Which, honestly, would probably be a better alliance at this point, both morally and practically.
Iranians have a hated veiw of the United States, with 86% expressing an unfavorable view, the most unfavorable perception of the United States in the world. So good luck with that 😅
Israel doesnt have the money or assets to buy weapons from Russia or China. Russia cant spare weapons and China doesnt want to get involved.
