Scratch and sniff the screen for dedddys cooking it would be worth it, my belly knows when it's ready I can imagine the aroma of all those spices and it didn't help that four was eaten by the camera operator love it keep up the good work love the family vibes and of course the great cuisine.
As a fellow torontonian I absolutely love your channel. And a seasoned cook myself (GenXer) LOL. I learned to cook from my Pakistani parents from when I was 12 years old; so I can so tell Deddy is a an awesome chef, he's so humble mash'Allah - Great work Deddy and thank you =)

I know there was change of plan midway as Deddy said he wasnt gonna fry it, so cold rice could have made it quicker than the freshly made rice, however the results were good and looks delicious, well done.

Washing your rice is a preference thing . For me it depends what kind of rice I'm making . If you don't want you rice to stick together wash it but you're only removing the starch that makes it clump together.
