- OK, I admit it. I saw the hype, took a sniff, and fell down the Middle Eastern fragrance rabbit hole! I am not new to ME fragrances. In fact, I have an entire shelf dedicated to them and have featured them in other videos throughout the years. But I have recently done more of a binge with more brands.

Many of the middle eastern fragrances are so beautiful. For anyone not purchasing and staying with niche or designer, they are missing out big time. I would say I now wear 75% middle eastern and im neglecting the ones I paid crazy money for. If you smell good, you smell good and those compliments will come. Nuha and Empress are lovely. Im not really a perfume oil person, but no doubt they smell amazing aswell.

I turn the oils into spray perfumes by decanting to a good little spray bottle and adding perfumers alcohol.

They are awesome, the prices and the packaging, bottles is just a win-win, and I think about them constantly to the point I not thinking about the niche any longer. Hello lovely. Isnt the ME rabbit hole fun?!?!? Right now I've been LOVING concentrated perfume oils and indie niche brands. Like daukens aroma, cocopink,Andromeda moon. And many many others. I'm having fun and everything I receive is better as far as longevity&the profile than my very expensive niche perfumes.
I have had plenty of bad buys over the years too 😆 There are some really great recent releases! I have always enjoyed good dupes 😃

I have both Hareem Al Sultan Golds (the oil and the spray), and I enjoy layering them for more of a sillage even though you're right about the oil smelling better. I don't know much else about the house, though, so I love this! Upon your recommendationI I was looking for a bottle of Nuha and it's sold out almost everywhere! Hi Greta, the only Middle Eastern frag I've ever tried is Junoon Noir and I LOVE it. Might have to try others. I read somewhere recently (Facebook maybe?) that native Middle Eastern people consider these frags that go viral to be cheap frags and they avoid them. Interesting right?
Yes they are all “cheapies” and “dupes.” We have them here in USA also. There are a lot of luxury brands from Dubai as well, so calling them that always struck me as odd.
I love hearing about the oils. Do you find the blue one the more masculine of the ones covered in this video?
Yes it os fine for either men or women. Its actually quite nice. Its not fruity like the others. Its a beautiful white floral with citrus and clean woods.
I have the second half of that haul coming, and that has the masculine one.

Most of ME perfumes are newly made so you need to let them sit and wait. All mine has gone better after sitting on shelf in dark for months.
All perfumes should be stored in a dark, cool, dry space. Avoid humidity, light and heat (like cars and bathrooms).
I recommend you try Oman Luxury and Dar Al Teeb. Some of their perfumes may not 100% original creations (like inspirations of well-known perfumes) but the quality and packaging are top notch.
Oman Luxury is a beautiful niche brand. I have one of their perfumes and featured it recently. I’m not sure I would call it a cheapie though. Maybe a name similar??

Florence, go to Lorenzo Villaressi museum. It’s a note smelling experience I highly recommend and only like $20.
