Z1 is usually at the bottom or right
Z2 is the opposite direction to where the paths are at spawn
Z4 is the opposite corner to where you start
Z3 is random

It's probably because the item Dorian does have, the cursed boots of leaping, have a very similar name to boots of lunging. Not to mention that the lunging boots are SUPER rare, so most people would automatically think leaping=lunging, having never seen them before.
