There a nightmare to remove i ushally take the steering column covers off like you have done in the video turn the steering 90 degrees so you can then see the securing tags of the air bag Then use a flat screw drive to disconnect the securing tags I find this alot easier that repair instructions
That is NOT! how you should do it, unless you don't car about punching a hole in your steering. You need to remove the column cover and then rotate the steering 90 deg, the expose the spring clips that hold the airbag.
