    Mam ge, maine apka video first time dekha prolapse k liye, mujhe himmat mili, mam mere saat bhi promise thi prolapse ki, but first day half inch red me dikhi but second day usse bhi kam mahsus hui, kya mujhe is exercise se relief milegi?
