The process of Learning Meditation reminds me of the scene in forgetting sarah Marshall where koonu (paul rudd) is teaching jason seigel how to surf. Jason is lying on the surfboard in the ocean listening to paul’s guidance intently. Every time jason moves a muscle to stand up on the surf board paul says, “you’re doing too much”. every time jason disengages and does nothing paul says “okay you’ve got to do a little bit more than that”.
This was so powerful Sunny. It made so much sense that I cannot fully connect with the wholeness of my being if I still identify with the sufferer. I deeply felt this truth today. As always, many thanks. 🙏🏽❤️
This morning I woke up at 5, prayed for a minute and slept again. Upon waking after an hour, I realized I had had a dream which showed me that my fear is a lack of trust - in myself, in my partner, in life. I am constantly resisting what is because of this lack of trust in whatever is happening. So this meditation really helped.

Thanks Sunny! This morning before I found this meditation, I was driving the car across town but it stalled in the middle of a level crossing shortly before a train was due, so I panicked, got out and pushed it off instead of allowing.
This morning I had a sudden understanding about a connection to a person in my life and what I need to learn from this. Does these understandings come from the EGO or is it the higher self? I begin to understand my emotional connections in my surrounding. I moved from the physical experience with a lot of fear and grieve to the emotional. So interesting and so greatful for my learning experience here. ❤🙏

I understand this, but it’s sooo hard to actually DO it, especially when you have bodily issues and anxieties over them.
Emotions are just thoughts that have been deemed worthy of assigning an emotion too. Find the thought behind the emotion.
